purchased a recumbant exercise bike at Sears yesterday and when I asked them to add shipping (already paid for set-up) the charge was refused. MGR said it was my banks fault. Checked this morning and SEARS is refusing to reverse the sale until Wednesday. They are floating my money. Very diasapointed in Sears.
ReplyDeleteSorry about that. Did you place the order from this blog? Sometimes it takes an approval from a supervisor to make those kinds of changes. Also, most stores and banks do debits first and credits afterward. Each store and bank has it's own method. As long as you are credited and get what you pay for I wouldn't worry about who floats your money (everyone does), we're not talking about a lot in the larger scope of things.
